A Star-Studded Lineup

Music lovers can look forward to performances from some of the biggest names in country music, including Keith Urban, Luke Combs, Jelly Roll, and Shaboozey. Newcomer Bryce Leatherwood, winner of The Voice, is also set to make his debut at Tortuga, celebrating his upcoming debut album, set for release on May 16.

With three stages and a VIP area fit for South Florida, the festival is set to be a huge draw for country music fans and environmental advocates alike.

Environmental Focus Protecting Our Oceans

Beyond the music, Tortuga is making waves with its environmental efforts. Chris Stacey, Tortuga’s founder and CEO, shared how the festival contributes to ocean conservation by planting 30,000 sea oats along the beach. Proceeds from the event support Rock the Ocean, which has raised millions for environmental causes across South Florida.

“We’ve planted 30,000 sea oats on this very beach,” Stacey said. “It’s part of our ongoing commitment to preserving our environment and raising awareness about the importance of ocean conservation.”

The festival also emphasizes sustainability with its waste management practices.Stacey highlighted how they composted last year’s used cups, which turned into soil in 10 weeks, and distributed it to local community gardens.

Traffic Advisory for Festival Attendees

With large crowds expected, Fort Lauderdale city officials have posted a traffic advisory for the event. Attendees should expect significant delays, especially on A1A, Seabreeze Boulevard, Southeast 17th Street, and Las Olas Boulevard.

Road Closures:
A short road closure will occur for both northbound and southbound traffic from Harbor Drive to SE 5th Street each night from 9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. to let festivalgoers exit safely. During this time, officials will reroute traffic south of East Las Olas Boulevard northbound on A1A or westbound over the East Las Olas Boulevard bridge.

Parking:
There will be no designated event parking. We encourage rideshare services like Uber and Lyft for transportation to and from the festival. Additionally, the Water Taxi offers a scenic and convenient ride to the venue.

The designated pick-up and drop-off locations for rideshare services include Las Olas Oceanside Park (3000 E. Las Olas Boulevard) and the Harbor Drive loop.
